Recently, we have seen reports of someone on Reddit falsely claiming to be the owner or worker of BAIDUDL. They have been harassing users on various subreddits and targeting owners of other file-mirroring services while posing as us.
Please be aware that we are not involved in any harassment or false claims. Our only Reddit accounts are /u/BaiduDL and /u/baidudlsupport. Any messages from other accounts are not from us and do not represent our brand values.
We take this matter very seriously and are committed to preventing this kind of behavior. While we cannot confirm who is behind it, we suspect it may be a deliberate attempt to damage our reputation, possibly due to our growing user base and more competitive pricing.
If you receive any harassing messages from someone claiming to represent us, please report it to us immediately at support@baidudl.com.
